Customer Service Agent
Miejsce pracy: Komorniki (gm. Komorniki)Your responsibilities
- contact with customer (Sales Units around the world),
- accepting, registering and confirming customer orders in our system,
- analyzing and checking customer orders (correctness of item codes and quantities),
- registering and process business claims in a timely manner,
- attending in local S&OP process,
- close cooperation with production planners, transport and warehouse team.
Our requirements
- customer centric approach,
- positive attitude and passion for working with clients,
- fluent English (B2) – oral and written,
- experience in working with clients will be appreciated,
- bachelor level in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be appreciated.
