Your responsibilities

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment/ IT equipment, and we have so much equipment in the office that you will almost feel at home.

Tasks:

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Providing information on products and their functionality.

- Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements

• Very good command of German,
• Good command of English,
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Communicativeness, willingness to learn.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month.

What we offer

• Civil contract with a rate of PLN 50,00 gross/hour.
• If you are relocating to Warsaw from another country or city in Poland, we provide you: 1. Flights/transportation to Warsaw,2. Accommodation for the first month, 3. 4000 PLN gross relocation bonus, 4. Full support from a buddy who will help you find your feet in Poland/Warsaw.
• The possibility of arranging a convenient collaborating schedule; the project works on Monday-Friday 9:00 - 18:00, and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00.

• In about 6 months, you will work from the office, and if you stabilize good results, you will be able to switch to remote work. ​
