Are you fluent in German, Norwegian or Danish (+English) and looking for an exciting opportunity to start or grow your career in customer service? Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join their international customer service team, where you'll have the chance to use your language skills daily and develop your expertise in customer service. Your responsibilities
- Providing support to customers via phone and email in German, Norwegian or Danish
- Answering customer inquiries and providing solutions
- Resolving customer issues within a specific area
- Entering and updating data in the system
Employer requirements
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2/C1 level
- Proficiency in German, Norwegian or Danish at a minimum B2/C1 level
- Good computer skills (especially MS Office)
- Willingness to learn and expand your customer service skills
Optional
- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience in SSC/BPO organizations
