We are currently looking for a specialist / senior specialist within finance area for our client - American company globally recognized leader in audio and voice technologies industry.

Ideal candidate will cover both immediate financial responsibilities and long-term improvements.

Your responsibilities

• Opex Management:
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Opex across multiple departments
• Build, maintain, and distribute key financial models, reports, and dashboards t
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Opex data, managing allocations, reporting, and regular updates for finance and business teams.
• Work closely with the accounting team to assist in the month-end close process, including allocations, variance analysis, and accruals.
• Strategic Transformation:
• Lead efforts to implement world-class financial processes, leveraging automation and self-service tools to streamline reporting and reduce manual work.
• Opex Center of Excellence (CoE) Development

Employer requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience, with a focus on Opex management and financial planning.
• Demonstrated ability to balance day-to-day financial management with long-term process transformation.
• Proficiency in financial and planning systems (Adaptive) advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA) and Visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
• Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Flexibility in working hours in order to cover at least 4h with PST time zone (ideally 18:00-22:00 polish time)

Optional

• Experience in leading or contributing to FP&A transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Consulting or in-house experience managing Opex workflows and driving financial strategy in large organizations.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage both operational and strategic responsibilities
