Procurement Operations Specialist with German

Your responsibilities

• entering data into SAP MM system based on request from organization; sending orders to suppliers, finalize contracts and monitor them
• investigating in case of differences between orders and invoices; answering questions regarding orders / invoices from own organization and/or suppliers
• creation of external employees accounts in SAP (HCM) and processing all changes based on requests from the organization
• creating and managing different tasks via Recruitment eTender platform for externall resources
• entering data into Contracker system
• preparing reports, monitoring contracts, quality management

Our requirements

• understanding of procurement processes or SAP MM would be an advantage
• customer orientation combined with assertiveness and self-motivation
• attention to details and ability to take initiatives from start to finish
• committed, Reliability, ability to prioritize, team orientation with a positive attitude
• knowledge of English and German
