The chosen business areas will depend upon business needs and performance at interview.Inflight Graduate Programme Rotations:-Ryanair has over 14,500 cabin crew, which means our Crew Planning team is one of the busiest departments within Ryanair. As a crew planner, you effectively plan and implement rosters for all of our cabin crew across the entire Ryanair network.Our training department schedule all initial training programmes for any new cabin crew starting with Ryanair. All of our crew must receiverecurrent training to maintain the level of proficiency and refresh their knowledge and skills of all normal and emergency situations. In this department, you would liaise with instructors and crew to ensure the training gets scheduled on time.Ancillary Revenue on board our flights is one of our biggest areas of revenue. You would get to analyse which products on board our flights are selling extremely well, and what is not. You will play an integral part of deciding what we should keep and what we should lose for future Summer and Winter magazines.RequirementsWhat you will gainOur graduate programme is underpinned by the Ryanair philosophy that will allow you to gain a high level of experience at a fast pace.
