Key Account Manager

- Facilitate and support various audits, including TS or VDA audits, development audits, engineering audits, logistics audits, process audits, financial audits, and warranty audits.
- Drive and monitor account profitability by focusing on key financial metrics such as Gross Margin and EBIT.
- Analyze customer scorecards and implement actionable strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from customers and provide comprehensive guidelines for the preparation of cost estimates.
- Manage access to customer intranet sites and ensure the internal distribution of the latest customer data, especially when reaching key business milestones.
- Efficiently communicate and transfer new customer requirements to the relevant internal teams as soon as they are received.
- Oversee all customer-facing reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Actively participate in program management review meetings to drive project success and alignment.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to align strategies and objectives across the organization.
Our requirements
- A university degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of the job responsibilities.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
