Your responsibilities

• Answer e-mails, phone calls and chats with customers who call about their orders and refunds
• Advise on products featured on the Next website, questions about the process of returning items and availability
• Place orders for customers over the phone
• Constantly be in contact with colleagues from Next working in the UK to solve customer inquiries
• Communicate with courier companies
• Support new people who join our team​

Additional Information

• Salary forks on contract of mandate (UZ) are 310 - 330 pln gross per day of performed work
• Salary forks contract of employment (UoP) are 6500-7500pln gross + monthly performance bonus up to 500pln gross
• We have an office, but we also offer remote work
• For the first two weeks we have an on-site on-boarding and training in our Poznan office. Don’t worry - accommodation is assured and transport is refunded for remote workers.
