HR Specialist

- Personnel administration, including maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements,
- Independent handling of daily HR operations,
- Payroll data preparation according to agreed process in cooperation with external payroll provider,
- Benefits management: signing members in & out, maintaining membership and cost follow up,
- Social Fund benefits administration,
- Providing assistance to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, such as payroll, benefits, or policies,
- Absence and overtime (including holiday entitlement) reporting and audit,
- Administration of PPK – updates to employees, declaration tracking, uploading update files to PPK provider platform,
- Tracking medical check-ups,
- Coordinating of in-house and external training activities according to training needs,
- Data maintenance in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and time reporting system,
- Supporting process improvements and ensuring the implementation of best practices in HR administration,
- Preparing HR-related reports and supporting audits when necessary,
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations,
- Collaborating with Polish authorities (ZUS, PIP, GUS, etc.),
- Identifying and solving operational HR issues independently,
- Ownership of assigned processes from A to Z,
- Other tasks as needed.
Our requirements
- Good working knowledge of Polish labor law is a must (you don’t have to remember the paragraph as long as you remember the rules for the day-to-day cases),
- Min 3 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in a standalone or highly independent HR position,
- Good communication skills,
- English (oral & written) enabling efficient corporate communication,
- Pro-activeness and can-do attitude,
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize tasks independently,
- Willingness to acquire knowledge in other areas of HR,
- Confidence in working autonomously, while being a reliable team player.

We are currently looking for a seasoned HR Specialist, with focus on administrative, payroll and training coordination function to join a small in-house human resources team for Getinge’s Shared Service Center in Krakow employing ci. 380 people.
The main purpose of this position is to take care of day-to-day administrative tasks, personnel administration, payroll data preparation, cooperation with external payroll provider, absence reporting and audit as well as coordination of training activities for our employees. Yet, since we are a team of 3 people, overview of whole HR duties will be possible due to back up needs.
